CLEARFIELD, PA. - The 28th Annual Anne S. Thacik Charity Auction is planned for Thursday, October 12, 2023, at the Copper Cork Event Center in Clearfield, and the chances to go home with prizes don’t end with bidding on the wide selection of auction items.
Multiple games of chance will be available to those in attendance at the event, and chances to win can be purchased with cash, or “Auction Cash”. Auction Cash can be purchased with a credit card at a dollar-for-dollar match of real cash.
Treasure Cases offer a chance at winning the lucky key that will open one of the three cases, each containing a unique prize. The cost is $5 or $5 Auction Cash per key.
Two Lucky Card Games, one with a red deck and one with a blue deck, will be played. Indiviuals can buy a card, and half of it will go into a bucket, and the other half the buyer keeps. Once all cards are sold, a winner will be drawn. The cost is $5 or $5 in Auction Cash. The winner of each game will receive $50 cash.
Raffles 1 and 2- will feature chances to win one of 5 prizes: Christmas Wreath, Lottery Bundle #1, Lottery Bundle #2, Lottery Bundle #3, and Amazon Fire Tablet.
50/50 tickets will be available for purchase with cash only. Buy 1 chance for $1, 10 chances for $5 (or) 20 chances for $10
Online bidding for silent auction items is now open, and closes at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 12.
