MRAAA seeking sponsors for Anne S. Thacik Charity Auction

CLEARFIELD, PA. – Mature Resources Area Agency on Aging continues to seek sponsorships for the 28th Annual Anne S. Thacik Charity Auction. The agency’s largest fundraiser of the year, the 2023 fundraising goal of the auction is $35,000, which will be used solely to provide vital resources to senior citizens throughout Clearfield County.

Individuals and businesses sponsoring the auction can be assured they are supporting essential needs for older adults in their communities, including access to healthcare, affordable housing, Meals on Wheels, medication management, protective services, social services, educational programs, Health and Wellness programming, Adult Day services, Centers for Active Living, and more.

Sponsorship opportunities are available at a variety of levels, and feature other benefits to sponsors in addition to helping older adults. Benefits, depending upon sponsorship level include:  

-        Recognition in all newspaper and web-based advertisements for the auction, and

auction program.

-  Company logo on our Auction Website in four different places:

            - 1. Home page

- 2. Items page

- 3. Donate page

- 4. Display page (with a link to your website)

-  Personal recognition during the auction.

-  Complimentary tickets to the event.

The sooner sponsorships are received, the more time there will be for visibility in promotional materials.

The live auction is scheduled for Thursday, October 12, 2023, at the Copper Cork Event Center at 512 Arnold Avenue in Clearfield. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Live bidding gets underway at the event at 7:00 p.m. The cost is $10 per person, and includes hors d’oeuvres, and refreshments. A 50/50 and other games of chance will also be available.
