The Golden Rule Lightkeeper Award is the community’s highest level of recognition for deserving volunteers. The Clearfield County Area Agency of Aging, Inc. is a charitable, non-profit corporation dedicated to providing a comprehensive array of the highest quality health and human services to residents of Clearfield County. Funding comes from the Federal Older American's Act, Pennsylvania Lottery funds, Client Contributions, USDA and other local  Funds. Services are available to all older persons age 60 and who are residents of Clearfield County.
